At Motes Custom Homes, we provide an end-to-end, customized experience that takes our clients from land purchase to move-in day. Our team includes an architect, designer, realtor, and builder who work together to create a seamless building process

every step of the home buying/building experience, from assisting with the
purchase and financing of the land and home, to obtaining permits, managing
construction and selecting finishes and fixtures. We work closely with our
